Holohlavy: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The Kostel sv. Jana Křtitele in Holohlavy has been documented as a cultural and historical monument since 1357. Originally Gothic, it was rebuilt in 1584 into its present Renaissance form.

Culture

The former hospital of Holohlavy is located in the historic village centre, a few metres from the village square. It was built before 1573 and is a single-storey masonry building with a hipped roof.

The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk near U Svatých was probably created by a pupil of Matyáš Bernard Braun.

Nature

Sportovní park U Svatých is located in a naturally landscaped park and includes a multi-purpose sports field with artificial turf. A preserved and restored section of the historic path is part of Sportovní park U Svatých.

Sportovní park U Svatých is available as a public, non-profit facility for leisure activities and children's enjoyment.

Events

The open-air cinema is a recurring local film event. In 2025 and 2026, it took place in the park in Holohlavy.
