The red-marked hiking trail runs through the Běluňka Valley from Brzice via Žďár and Harcov to Běluň. The yellow-marked hiking trail runs from Brzice via Harcov and Liščí hora to Kocbeře. Marked in blue, another hiking trail leads from Brzice via Proruby and Maršov u Úpice to Úpice.

The “Chvalkovice–Hořičky and back through the Běluňka Valley” route reaches Brzice at kilometre 11 and then continues through the Běluňka Valley. For cyclists, cycle route 4097 runs through Proruby to Komárov; both places are districts of Brzice.

Landscape

The Běluňka stream flows in the immediate vicinity of Brzice and is a tributary of the Úpa. The hills of Poustka [Brzice], Vošapelc [Hajnice-Nesytá], and Kopna [Hajnice-Nesytá] are located in the immediate surroundings of Brzice.

Mount Čáp lies in the wider regional surroundings of Brzice. The church of Lázně is also located in this wider regional area.

Culture and remembrance

A small tower was added to the chapel in Brzice in 1929; since 1991, it has had automatic bell ringing. The traditional folk architecture on the village square in Brzice includes timber-framed houses and other buildings. The memorial to the victims of the First World War in Brzice was erected in 1931 in honour of 11 local soldiers who fell in the war or died from war injuries.

The cemetery and cemetery chapel in Brzice were built in 1898 and are destinations for sightseeing and hiking.
