In Zlončice, Hlaváčková stráň preserves its characteristic landscape character with a typical relief as well as geological and geomorphological features. It protects dry grassland and rocky steppe habitats with significant representatives of heat-loving steppe and forest-steppe flora and fauna.
Nature

Activities
You can walk or cycle down through Zlončická ravine to the Vltava; there, it connects to a hiking trail and a cycle route. As part of Zlončické veselí, a run through Zlončická ravine was included in the programme. Stáj Dolánky offers riding lessons for small children, individual riding instruction, and rides along the river and on field paths in the surroundings of Zlončice. At the “Zlončice, rozcestí” signpost, cycle route 8272 is signposted; it leads towards Chvatěruby and Postřižín.
Culture
Zlončický den takes place every year around the turn of August and September to commemorate the 2002 flood. The Zlončice well is freely accessible in the recreational area by the municipal office on the village square. Originally, it was a municipal reservoir for river water; after a modern renovation, it now serves exclusively decorative purposes.
