Veliká Ves: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Veliká Ves is a small village surrounded by fields and meadows. Farmsteads lie around the church, and the Korycanský Stream flows through the village.

Culture and History

The Church of St. Lawrence in Veliká Ves dates back to 1261 and is considered one of the oldest churches in the region. Its bell tower is dated to 1562. The Veliká Ves archaeological site is an area with documented or well-founded suspected archaeological finds.

Nature and Trails

Walking and hiking trips are possible in Veliká Ves. Rybník Veliká Ves is a standing body of water covering approximately one hectare, where fishing competitions are held.

Events

The children's fishing competition in Veliká Ves takes place every year on the first Saturday in September. The fourth edition was scheduled for 2026.
