Struhařov: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The Krásné Vyhlídky educational trail is a joint project of the municipalities of Mnichovice, Struhařov and Klokočná. It is 9.2 km long, has nine rest stops equipped with benches, and is intended exclusively for pedestrians.

Nature

In the nearby forests of Jevany lies the Voděradské bučiny state nature reserve. The Struhařovská cyklo 30 mountain bike race passed through the countryside around Struhařov, Voděradské bučiny and Klokočná on August 29, 2026; the adult course was approximately 30 km long and the children’s course approximately 15 km long. In the vicinity of Struhařov are the Vysoký les hill [Klokočná] and the (Na Marjánce) hill [Zvánovice]. The Skalka hill [Strančice-Předboř] is also located near Struhařov.

Routes and activities

Maps of the cycling routes in Ladův kraj are available at the Struhařov municipal office and at the Říčany information centre. The Hrusický okruh is a 24.5 km cycling circuit that passes through Struhařov. The Cesta kocoura Mikeše is a 25 km route from Hrusice to Mukařov with 14 stops and information boards featuring excerpts from Ladův book about the cat Mikeš.

The 7th Struhařiáda was announced for August 30, 2026, from 3 p.m. at the football pitch in Struhařov; refreshments were planned for visitors.

History and culture

Pavel Skřivan, the son of the local teacher, depicted the Struhařovská náves as it was in the late 19th century.
