Slavošov: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The first written mention of Slavošov dates from 1323. In 1549, the then owner, Jindřich Firšic z Nabdína, secured Slavošov's elevation to a market town.
Culture and history
The Slavošov Marian Column stands among lime trees in the centre of the village square. It is crowned by a small sandstone statue of the Immaculate Virgin and bears the year 1765 and a coat of arms on its front.
The village's sacred buildings also include the chapel with a bell tower. Its floor plan is square and its roof pyramidal.
The Church of St Peter and Paul has a Gothic ribbed vault. It is mentioned as early as 1350 in the list of parishes of the Štěpánov deanery.
Location and routes
Slavošov lies on a gentle south-western slope and on the main road from the direction of Hradec Králové.
A 15 km hiking route leads to Slavošov at kilometre 10.1 and then continues along a field track to Želivec.
