Culture and History
The history of the village goes back a long way. Rabakov was first mentioned in writing in 1445 and was part of the Domousnice estate for a long time. The name of the village also indicates a personal origin: Rabakov is derived from the family name Rabák.
Farmstead No. 2 in Rabakov includes a timber-framed barn with an attached two-storey granary. The importance of this farmstead lies above all in its remarkable spatial arrangement. Rabakov also has a chapel.

Road II/279 runs through Rabakov along the Svijany–Dolní Bousov–Rabakov–Mcely route. The single-track regional railway line 063 Bakov nad Jizerou–Dolní Bousov–(Kopidlno) also passes through the village.
