Pysely: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Zámek Pyšely Castle stands at the highest point on the southern side of the town square. Pyšely Castle was built in the Renaissance style in the second half of the 16th century and later remodelled in the Baroque and Neoclassical styles. The Zámek Pyšely castle complex includes a section of the surrounding wall with a gate, an adjoining utility building, a park and a forest park.
History and Culture
The medieval and early modern centre of Pyšely is an area with documented or well-founded suspected archaeological finds. Kostel Povýšení sv. Kříže Church is the oldest preserved monument in Pyšely. It retains a bricked-up Gothic entrance and has a medieval bell dating from 1461.
Count František Antonín Halleweil had the Loreta Chapel in Pyšely built in 1699. It stands on a hill above Pyšely and offers an impressive view of the Posázaví landscape.
Golf
The Loreta Golf Club Pyšely has an 18-hole championship course, a spacious driving range and an extensive short-game area.
Nature
The U golfového hřiště Pyšely educational trail runs along forest roads and footpaths and is marked with signposts or green-and-white markings for educational trails. It provides information about forest fauna, forest flora and ponds.
Note: The Pyšely Museum is closed until further notice for technical and operational reasons.
