Křivsoudov: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Křivsoudov combines historical traces in the town with a clearly tangible landscape in the surrounding area. The Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary was built at the end of the 13th century as a fortified Gothic church and contains a Renaissance crypt of the Střela z Rokyc family. Parts of the outer wall and courtyard wall, as well as a northern earth rampart, have been preserved on the site of Křivsoudov Castle. The Želivka Reservoir is a dominant landscape feature in the vicinity of Křivsoudov; the Černý potok, which flows through Křivsoudov, also feeds it.

Culture and History

The façade of Křivsoudov Town Hall bears the town's coat of arms, which Křivsoudov has used since the second half of the 14th century. A road bridge is another tangible historical trace: the Křivsoudov road bridge on the road between Alberovice and Čechtice spans an unnamed stream, and the year 1848 can be seen on it.

Historical Events

At Czech History Day 2025 in Křivsoudov, the programme included historical military camps with guided commentary. The programme also included a family quiz on Czech history with 11 stations.
