The Centro de Iniciativas Ambientales “El Tormes” in Zarapicos has an ethnographic exhibition.

During the festivities held in Zarapicos on 25 July in honour of Saint James, the town’s patron saint, a procession takes place through the streets. A document in Zarapicos testifies to the town’s historical connection with the Cofradía de la Santa Vera Cruz.
