Culture and History

The Centro Cultural de Milagros features an exhibition about the work of José Vela Zanetti. The painter José Vela Zanetti was born in Milagros in 1913. The Iglesia Parroquial Santa María del Milagro is located on Milagros's main square. In Milagros, recurring celebrations take place for San Antonio Abad in January, for the Manda on the following Sunday, and for the Natividad de la Virgen in September.
