Its tradition has existed for more than three decades. In the cultural sites mentioned, O Carballiño combines restored buildings, regional industrial history and a long-standing event tradition. The restored complex comprises two structural components: the mill and the miller's house.

The Gran Balneario do Carballiño offers sulphurous-sodium and alkaline waters. They also contain fluoride and lithium and are radioactive. The spa is housed in a stone, single-storey building. This building is more than 50 metres long.
