Hiking
The Camiño do Miño hiking route runs for 18 km through Outeiro de Rei and partly along the Miño River. The approximately 2 km-long, easy circular Ruta da Insua de Seivane leads to Insua de Seivane, an island formed in the riverbed of the Miño. The Ruta da Insua de Seivane crosses the Ponte Colgante de Parada. Its route also follows a fishermen’s path around the island.
