Culture and History
In Linyola, the Fars de Ponent route leads to the Església parroquial de Santa Maria as one of its stops. The Església de Santa Maria is a notable example of 16th-century Late Gothic architecture. It has a Renaissance portal. The church was built in the Gothic style between 1587 and 1600. Later modifications followed. The work was completed in 1969–1971.
Casa de la Vila in Linyola is a Renaissance manor house. Construction began in 1556. The building was already completed by 1557.
The Antic escorxador municipal in Linyola is a Modernist building constructed between 1929 and 1931. It is currently used for temporary exhibitions. Workshops and other activities are also held there.
Paths and Circular Routes
The Camí de Sant Jaume crosses Linyola. Its route runs past the church and the town hall. The path is part of section Tram-4 of the Catalan trail network.
The Ruta del riu Corb reaches Linyola from the direction of Estany d’Ivars i Vila-sana. It follows paths along the Corb River through the municipality.
The Rutes Saludables de Linyola comprise six circular routes. They are suitable for walking. Cycling and other means of transport are also provided for. The routes are accessible to everyone.
Route 3: Escenaris de la Guerra Civil is a circular route. It is easy and 8.7 km long. It runs clockwise. It starts and ends at Plaça Planell. The route provides access to several sites in Linyola associated with the Spanish Civil War.

Nature
The Parc de les Olors de Linyola has a garden covering approximately 6,000 m². It contains more than 90 species of aromatic and medicinal plants. There are also more than 40 species of trees and shrubs.
The Parc de les Olors specialises in cultivating an emblematic plant. In Linyola, the tradition of making liqueur from it has never been lost.

Festivals and Performances
The Cassola de tros festival opens Linyola’s first Festa Major of the year on 22 May. It is celebrated in honour of Santa Quitèria. It has been held for approximately 45 years.
The Pessebre Vivent de Linyola has taken place annually since 1999. The programme includes demonstrations of traditional crafts and occupations as well as biblical scenes.
