Culture

The Iglesia de la Asunción de Nuestra Señora has a square tower with an octagonal upper section and a portal in the Serlian style. The Ermita del Carmen dates from the 18th century, has a barrel vault with lunettes and is decorated with Rococo-style elements.

On Easter Sunday, the village sings a folk song during the Encuentro procession when the Virgin and the Infant Jesus meet in the square; at this point, the Virgin’s mantle is replaced with a blue one.
