A specific route leads through Albuñuelas: Los Callejones del río Santo is 4.6 km long and takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Culture and Townscape

For Corpus Christi, residents gather aromatic plants to scatter along the streets of the procession route and, on the eve, set up decorated altars for the procession of the monstrance. On the night before the procession, buñuelos with chocolate are traditionally eaten.

The Lavadero del Tío Bayo is a single-storey washhouse near the Arab Torre del Tío Bayo. It is attached to a whitewashed wall and has a round arch, side entrances and a continuous central basin.

The original El Salvador church was built in the 16th century. After its destruction during the Morisco uprisings, only a few remains survived. Following several restoration attempts, construction of the present church began in the 18th century on the site of the former monastery of the missionaries of San Pedro de Alcántara. It has three side chapels separated by round arches and a remarkable Baroque altarpiece with an integrated tabernacle. In the Barrio Bajo stands the Ermita de San Sebastián, a single-nave chapel with an intricately carved wooden ceiling.
