Culture

The Church of Saint Stephen was rebuilt between 1707 and 1725. During this work, it acquired its present single-nave form with a side altar. History

Bercsényi sent three important letters to F. Rákóczi II on 30 October 1704. A bloody battle between the Kuruc forces and the imperial army took place on the so-called Rákóczi Hill.
