The nature trail in Radava is approximately 3.993 km long and has nine information stations. The stations cover regional culture and history as well as fauna and flora. The trail therefore combines movement through the landscape with thematic insights into the surrounding area, without limiting the individual stations to a single field of knowledge.

Several differently described routes are associated with Radava for cycling. The Radava cycling route 2103 Podhájska–Radava–Podhájska is designated as an easy recreational MTB route. It leads to Radava along a field track and, there, runs for a stretch alongside a church and a woodcarving gallery. The easy cycling route 5102 connects Veľké Lovce, Radava, Podhájska and Čechy.

Culture and history

The Church of the Holy Spirit is a Baroque Roman Catholic church. It was built in 1767 on the foundations of an earlier church building. Inside, an oil painting of the Descent of the Holy Spirit is displayed on a painted column altar; it was created around 1815 by the Viennese painter Franz Schön.

The Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius has a different architectural form: it has a hexagonal floor plan and was built in 1969–1970. Radava is also home to a historic 19th-century bell tower resting on four wooden posts.

The village landscape also includes folk houses from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. They feature traditional floor-plan and façade characteristics. Together with the churches and the bell tower, they represent different examples of periods and architectural forms within Radava.

Wine and local culture

In 2026, Víno Radava reached its 12th edition as a competitive wine exhibition. For Víno Radava 2026, a public tasting of the competition wine samples was scheduled for 18 April 2026 at the Radava Cultural Centre. The event thus links the name of the village with a specific wine presentation and a set date.
