The parish church “Sfinţii Împăraţi Constantin şi Elena” was built between 1885 and 1889 by Profira Strat and her son George. The Catholic church “Adormirea Maicii Domnului” was built between 1927 and 1938 in the Gothic style. Both buildings thus represent different chapters of the local sacred architecture.
