Gorzeń Górny is a village with a village administration in the municipality of Wadowice, in Wadowice County, in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship of Poland. The place was first mentioned in 1390. In the 15th century, the settlement was divided into two parts; from the 19th century onwards, these were known as Gorzeń Dolny and Gorzeń Górny.

The manor house complex of Emil Zegadłowicz is listed in Gorzeń Górny. The complex dates from the first half of the 19th century and features later elements from the 20th century; it is entered in the register of monuments. The manor house in Gorzeń Górny is considered to be the place where Emil Zegadłowicz lived.
A museum associated with Emil Zegadłowicz was established in 1946 on the initiative of the writer's wife and daughters. Its exhibits were moved to Sucha Beskidzka Castle in 2017.
The area's historical industrial heritage is also connected with a former factory and mill. The factory was established in 1886, while the mill was founded in the 1920s. The former factory and mill building was converted for tourism purposes into Hotel Młyn Jacka.
