Raschau-Markersbach: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Markersbach railway viaduct, known as the “Streichholzbrücke” or “matchstick bridge,” was built in 1888, is 237 metres long and 37 metres high. Those wishing to rent a holiday apartment in Raschau-Markersbach can then continue their search for accommodation.

Guided tours of the Markersbach pumped-storage power station can be arranged through the local tourist information office. Markersbach is also home to St. Barbara’s Church. Its Trampeli organ was consecrated in 1806.
