The Town and Local History Museum in Kusel dedicates three rooms to the life and work of Fritz Wunderlich while also covering the history of the town. On display are photographs, costumes, and written, visual, and audio materials relating to Fritz Wunderlich; changing exhibitions complement the offering.

The museum is housed in the former Michaelis Apothecary House, a three-storey classical building erected a few years after the fire of 1794.
