Breitenbach: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Breitenbach has two listed churches: the Catholic parish church of St. James, a Neo-Gothic sandstone building constructed between 1898 and 1900/04, and the Protestant parish church with a chancel tower from the 13th/14th century, a late Baroque nave dating from 1783–87, and Roman spolia.

The surrounding area of Breitenbach is home to the Ottweiler School Museum, the Ottweiler Hessehaus, the Ottweiler / Saar Widow's Palace, and the Ottweiler Fornarohof. The Breitenbach Miners' and Farmers' Museum presents the historical connection between mining and agriculture. The exhibition includes miners' work, village houses and everyday objects, as well as a reconstructed mine tunnel.
