The Frauenburg castle ruins, located near Frauenberg, preserve a distinctive shield wall, the keep and a smaller tower, as well as the remains of a chapel. The Gräfin Loretta Dream Loop is a circular trail of around 12.5 kilometres, of moderate difficulty, with a duration of approximately 3.5 hours and some steeper sections. Its highlights include Frauenburg, the Nahekopf, the Nahe River, Klausfelsen, viewpoints and picnic areas. The hike begins at the hiking car park located on the riverbank on Bahnhofstraße, near the ruins of Frauenburg. Bus route 820 serves nearby stops, including Frauenberg/Mitte and Frauenberg/Gasthaus Thalbach. Parking is available at the Frauenburg car park on the Nahe.
