In Saint-Laurent-de-Mure, the church was built in 1855 in the Neo-Gothic style. Its treasury preserves liturgical vestments and a 17th-century painting depicting the life of Saint Francis of Paola. The church also contains an early Christian gravestone.
In Poulieu, the Notre-Dame-des-Anges Chapel preserves a marble high altar dating from the late 17th century. From 1870 to 1966, it served as the burial chapel for the parish priests of Saint-Laurent-de-Mure. It was rebuilt in a simple style in 1866–1867.
The Château Delphinal now hosts municipal events. The Bâtisse du Bois du Baron houses a cultural centre with an auditorium and exhibition halls and was renovated in 2007. The Puits du Billon is a neighbourhood well that supplied around twelve houses with water in the 18th century. Its restoration in 1989 earned the municipality a heritage award from the departmental council. Remains of the town walls, known as the „Vingtain“, have been preserved at several locations in Saint-Laurent-de-Mure.

The skate park at Clos de la Foire is open to the public and features a ramp, a run-up, a slide, a double wave, a chin bank and a low wall.
A Gnolus geocaching trail has been established in Saint-Laurent-de-Mure. Les Gnolus is a GPS-supported digital treasure hunt and is described as a family-friendly walk for discovering the municipality's heritage in a playful way. The Gnolus trail is 1.5 km long, starts at the Château Delphinal and was open to everyone in 2025.
The intermunicipal swimming pool welcomes visitors all year round for recreational use or individual lessons. Among other things, it offers baby swimming, a water garden and water aerobics.
