In the centre of Arras-sur-Rhône stands a mill that has been converted into a residential house. It has an iron water wheel with a diameter of six metres. The Vieux Pont crosses the Ozon stream directly next to the mill via its stone arch.
The Vieux Pont was built around the middle of the first millennium. Arras-sur-Rhône was also an ancient Roman station on the “Aratica” road, which connected Alba with Vienne.
The Tours d’Arras are the remains of the castle of Arras-sur-Rhône, which was divided into two co-lordships during the feudal era: the Tour Blanche, also known as Soubise, and the Tour Brune, also known as Jovyac. The Tour Blanche, which still survives today, is 28 metres high.
The Barrage d’Arras dam spans the right natural arm of the Rhône between Arras-sur-Rhône and Serves-sur-Rhône.

The hike to the Tour d’Arras leads through forests, along the riverbank, through apricot orchards and vineyards, and offers panoramic views of the Rhône. From the plateau on the hike to the Tour d’Arras, you can see the meanders of the Rhône, the valley, the hydroelectric power station and the Drôme on the opposite side; in clear weather, the Vercors can occasionally also be seen to the south.

At Cave Pascal Jamet in Arras-sur-Rhône, it is possible to visit the wine cellar and vineyards.
Routes
The ViaRhôna section from Saint-Rambert-d’Albon to Arras-sur-Rhône runs along the Rhône and its meanders, has no incline and can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on roller skates.
