The Church of Notre-Dame in Froissy has two bell towers, one at each end of the building. Inside are polychrome wooden statues, including a depiction of Saint Lucien.

At the northern exit of Froissy, in the direction of Breteuil, stands the Calvaire Autiquet. The Autiquet family erected it after 1945 out of piety, after all family members had safely returned from the Second World War. The Calvaire de la Plaine was transferred to the municipality of Froissy in 2012 and restored in 2014.

For some visitors, the desire to rent a holiday apartment in Froissy is part of the experience.

History

The residential building in Provinlieu is believed to have been built in the 1780s; its cellar contains graffiti bearing the year 1788.

Froissy-le-Moustier was a former hamlet around the church and is now part of the municipality of Froissy. Its name suggests the existence of a former monastery or religious institution.

Provinlieu is a former seigneurial estate that was associated with Froissy in the 18th century. It includes a château and a chapel. The western side of Rue de Provinlieu, now called Ruelle des Archers, has also been preserved.

Market and paths

Froissy's weekly market takes place every Wednesday in the square in front of the town hall. Local artisans occasionally or regularly sell local products there directly.

The Sentier de la poste is still walkable and connects the public square with Rue de la Plaine.

Connections

Bus route 601 connects Froissy with Beauvais and Amiens.
