The 15th-century half-timbered house known as the Spanish House is located in Braine. It was partially registered as a historic monument in 1927 and partially classified as a historic monument in 1931.

The Danish Cemetery of Braine is the only Danish cemetery on French soil. It commemorates 79 Schleswig soldiers who died between 1914 and 1918. The cemetery is freely accessible from sunrise to sunset.
