The Château de Passavant has been listed as a historic monument since 9 August 1999; the protection covers the entire château complex, including the moats. It was one of the fortresses created by Foulques Nerra in the first quarter of the 11th century. At the Église Saint-Étienne, the choir, the adjoining bay and the southern side chapel have been classified as protected components since 17 July 1926.

A local walking tour also highlights an 11th-century church.
