Culture and History
The Église Saint-Pavin in Le Pin-en-Mauges was rebuilt in the 19th century by Abbé Raimbault. It has 15 listed stained-glass windows, created in the 1880s by Jean Clamens, a glass painter from Angers.
The Musée Cathelineau is dedicated to Jacques Cathelineau, who was elected the first General-in-Chief of the Vendée Army in 1793. The museum is accessible by prior request to the mairie or to volunteers; after the reservation, an APEC volunteer accompanies the visit.
