Trignac: Holiday apartments and houses

At the northwestern edge of Trignac’s town center, the Pont de Paille spans the Brivet and marks the boundary with the Brière. The bridge was built between 1881 and 1884 and is used for walks and bike rides in the Brière.

Culture and history

The Forges de Trignac were founded in Trignac in 1879 and are an important symbol of the industrial heritage of the Saint-Nazaire basin. Water on the Brivet

Brivet Canoe Kayak offers canoe trips and kayaking tours on the Brivet from its base at the Pont de Paille. The base is located at the Base du Pont de Paille on Rue Jules Auffret, 44570 Trignac. It is 100 meters from the “Pont de Paille” bus stop on line C1.

Two donut boats are available for trips on the Brivet. A two-hour donut boat trip on the Brivet in Trignac can accommodate a maximum of six people.
