The Jouqueviel-le-Tel route leads through the Jouqueviel area below the Tour de Jouqueviel. It starts and ends at the car park in front of the church.

The Sentier de découverte des Infournats is an easy 2.6-kilometre circular route with a walking time of around one hour; it winds down through wooded slopes to the Viaur. The Sentier des Infournats leads from the chapel into the Viaur Valley. Along the Sentier de découverte des Infournats are a washhouse, a bridge, terraces of former cultivated land and a mule track.

Culture and history

The remains of the Ancien château include a tower on a narrow rock and parts of some walls. The square tower was listed as a historic monument by a decree dated 13 July 1927.

The Chapelle des Infournats stands in the Viaur Valley within the municipality of Jouqueviel. It was built in the 12th century and is Romanesque in origin.
