The church with its bell tower is a Gothic church dedicated to Saint John the Baptist and stands on a hilltop at the site of the former castle of Boissezon. The Barrage du Pas des Bêtes is a picturesque site at an altitude of 550 m and is listed as a ZNIEFF-type natural heritage area (Zone Naturelle d'intérêt Ecologique, Faunistique et Floristique). At the Barrage du Pas des Bêtes, you can discover a natural arboretum, more than 70 species of mushrooms, waterfowl and numerous fish in the lake.

The Durenque is a trout river classified as a first-category fishing waterway along 15 km from the Sidobre to the entrance to Castres. The Durenque–Boissezon No-Kill section allows Toc and fly fishing 500 m upstream from the bridge. On this section, fishing is permitted only with barbless hooks or hooks with crushed barbs.
