Comberouger is situated in a valley formed by the Lambon River. The municipality is bordered by waterways on almost all sides: in addition to the Lambon, these include the Tessone and the streams of Fresquet, Rioutort, Vignasse, Bousseran, Capelas and Becade. A plateau lies west of Comberouger, in the direction of Beaumont-de-Lomagne.

Geographical Setting
The D77 and D3 run through the lower part of Comberouger. The D77 connects Gariès with Mas-Grenier, while the D3 connects Toulouse with Lomagne.
Culture
The Église Saint Barthélémy is a Neo-Gothic building from the 19th century and contains a 17th-century baptismal font. The Chapelle de Brivecastel, also known as the Église Sainte Anne de Brivecastel, was a former parish of the Diocese of Toulouse until 1318; afterwards, it belonged to the Diocese of Montauban.
The Maison Arcade, a 19th-century building, stands on the church square. Its features include terracotta balustrades and a roof projection supported by wooden pillars.
Antonin Perbosc is also associated with Comberouger: he taught at the local school from 1893 to 1908. He is considered an important writer in the Occitan language, a poet and prose writer, and a founder of Occitanism.
The historic terroir of Comberouger included the cultivation of wheat by monks and the planting of prestigious grape varieties. Historically, annual fairs and a weekly market were also held here.
The historic site of Abbaye de Grandselve is located in the vicinity of Comberouger. The Château de Frescati, the Château de Pérignon and the Abbaye de Belleperche monastery are also located nearby. The Base de loisirs de Bouconne park is located farther away in the surrounding region.
