Geographical setting
Goudourville lies in the small valley of the Razère stream between two hills. Pech Hill is crowned by the imposing medieval Château de Goudourville.

Culture and history
The Église Saint-Julien de Brioude is a 15th-century church with a five-arched bell gable. It has been protected as a historic monument by an inscription order dated 31 May 1927. Inside are frescoes from 1899 by the post-impressionist painter J.G. Maury, depicting scenes from the Old Testament.
The Château de Goudourville was built on a rocky spur. It is an authentic 11th-century castle, embellished during the Renaissance and remodelled in the 18th century. Goudourville's small cultural heritage also includes around twenty dovecotes typical of the area.
In the hamlet of Lalande stands the 11th-century Romanesque Église Saint-Pierre-aux-Liens. The Musée conservatoire de l'attelage in the hamlet of Lalande in Goudourville displayed around 25 horse-drawn vehicles, approximately 30 saddles and 200 sets of harness.

The 25-hectare Château de Goudourville is open year-round for holiday rentals, weddings, family celebrations and business events. The Château offers individual tours on request as well as guided group visits by arrangement.

The variant of the Circuit du Château from Valence d'Agen leads to the Château de Goudourville and passes beneath its former drawbridge passage.
