The Château Lagrézette is a 15th-century château that was listed as a historic monument in 1982. Also located in the town is the Église Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul de Caillac: a solid, square Romanesque church with a cube-shaped bell tower. Its southern portal preserves Romanesque elements, including a capital with palmette and foliate ornamentation, an archivolt decorated with billet moulding, and a twisted archivolt arch. The crossing of the pseudo-transept, the choir and the side chapels feature Gothic and Renaissance fittings and are covered by ribbed or net and star vaults with heraldic keystones.

Caillac’s hilly topography and many hours of sunshine have favoured viticulture, which is considered the municipality’s main activity. A lake lies in Caillac’s extensive green and wine-growing area, just a few steps from the church.

Hiking

The Circuit des vignes et des vergers is a moderately difficult, 13.5-kilometre circular hiking route that takes 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete on foot. The circular route starts and ends in Caillac.
