The Église Saint-Blaise d'Espédaillac was rebuilt in the 17th century under the direction of the then commander, Balthazar Fraissac, after the former church had been completely destroyed by the Huguenots in 1573. Château d'Assier, a palace, is located in the vicinity of Espédaillac.

It includes a guided walk along the Sentier de la Brebis, presenting the economic, ecological and cultural-historical significance of sheep farming.

The festival features food from regional producers, including Cabécous, sheep's cheese, ice cream, pizza, as well as spit-roasted poultry and lamb. Auberge Beauville is recommended as an address for generous, authentic and local cuisine in Espédaillac.
