The Church of Notre-Dame de l’Assomption in Siradan was built in 1834. It contains Gallo-Roman stonework, including a bas-relief depicting a woman that is classified as a historic monument. The church’s original stained-glass windows were signed by Henri Moulenc, a glass artist from Toulouse.

The traditional festival held in Siradan on 15 August is dedicated to the Holy Virgin. The celebrations include a communal feast, an orchestra and dancing, games for children, and a pétanque competition.
Siradan’s first bathing establishment was built in the mid-1840s. It comprised treatment rooms, accommodation for patients, a table d’hôte, and rooms for entertainment. The thermal complex was later expanded with a new bathing facility containing 25 bathtubs.

Siradan’s thermal spa park lies southeast of the village, behind the former thermal facility. Its winding paths form several walking routes. Numerous notable trees grow in the park, including giant sequoias, magnolias, oaks, and plane trees.
