Culture and History
The fortified church of Sainte-Radegonde was equipped with defensive features in the 14th century during the Hundred Years' War to protect the inhabitants. Forty shelters were built above the building, where residents took refuge during repeated attacks by plunderers. The northern choir contains a late-13th-century mural depicting scenes from the earthly paradise and ex voto.
At the Maison Renaissance in Sainte-Radegonde, the street-facing façade and the roof have been listed as historic monuments by decree since 17 July 1978.
The Mémorial Départemental de la Résistance honours the 30 people shot in Sainte-Radegonde, as well as all the victims of Nazi barbarism in Aveyron. The memorial comprises the execution site with its firing mound and trench, a monument, a stele dedicated to the “Righteous” of Aveyron, and a commemorative trail created by the Aveyron département. A memorial ceremony is held there every year on 17 August.

Hiking
The GR®62 passes through the municipality's three villages – Inières, the centre of Sainte-Radegonde and Istournet – and then follows the Roman road to Rodez.
The easy Circuit 15: Inières circular hiking trail is 7.5 km long, has an elevation gain of 170 m and takes two hours. It starts at the car park on the square in front of the fountain in Inières and offers views of Rodez and Sainte-Radegonde.
Nature
Sainte-Radegonde's natural heritage comprises a mosaic of varied landscapes, including Causse, Ségala, Rougier, uplands and waterways. Fishing is permitted year-round at the Plan d'eau d'Istournet in Sainte-Radegonde.
