Nature
The “La Vallée de la Muse - Castelmus” route begins at the reception point of the Association La Terrasse des Grands Causses. This moderately difficult circular trail covers 7.7 kilometres and takes around 2.5 hours. It follows the Muse through oak and chestnut valleys and runs along Castelnau-Pégayrols.
History
The château was rebuilt in the 11th century and features large rooms with barrel vaults. It is partly listed as a historic monument; its façades and roofs are protected.

The medieval hydraulic system comprises a pond, an underground aqueduct, an underground chamber, a penstock, as well as mills and mill ruins. It was listed as a historic monument by a decree of 28 February 1997.
