Campagnac is home to a neo-Gothic church dating from 1895, which houses a 17th-century altarpiece with 15 medallions depicting the Mysteries of the Rosary. At the same time, the village is part of the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses.

Culture and History
The Église romane de Canac was built on the site of a Gallo-Roman settlement and an earlier necropolis. It houses two remarkable Romanesque stones and a wooden statue of Saint Cyrice dating from the late 13th century.
The Chapelle du St Sépulcre was built in the 18th century on a partially older building site and was formerly the setting for an annual pilgrimage. The chapel offers panoramic views of the Lot Valley, Aubrac, Saint Laurent d'Olt and Lozère, as well as Ajas and the Falaise de Montplô.
Grain measures are visible in the centre of Campagnac.
Getting Around
The Entre Aubrac et Causse circular trail is freely and free of charge accessible all year round. Campagnac-Saint Geniez railway station is located on the SNCF Béziers–Neussargues railway line.
