Nature and Walking Trails
The 6.3 km Les Feutrières circular trail takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. It follows the Glane through a landscape of interest to fauna and flora that inspired the painter Corot.
The 3 km Circuit des 2 Rivières begins at the Chapelle Notre-Dame, crosses the Pont Sainte-Elisabeth, follows the banks of the Vienne and the Glane, and ends at the Chalet Corot.
The Site Corot is a natural area along the Glane classified as a ZNIEFF, where you can see royal ferns and white-throated dippers. It is suitable for walks along the river and fishing.

Culture and Craftsmanship
The Cité du cuir in Saint-Junien, which opened in December 2025, is an immersive museum. It presents the production of leather gloves step by step and in the context of the local leather and glove-making trade. In practical leather workshops, participants also make a personal leather item. The Cité du cuir is an 11-minute walk from Saint-Junien railway station.
Some workshops in Saint-Junien open their doors to the public and have factory outlets.
History and Urban Culture
The Collégiale de Saint-Junien is one of the largest and oldest Romanesque churches in Limousin. It offers audio guides as well as guided tours for groups by reservation, and houses a monumental tomb containing the sarcophagus of Saint Junien.
The terraces of the Abbaye de Saint-Amand form a terraced garden open to the public year-round, with views over the Vienne.
The Ostensions of Saint-Junien take place every seven years and include a historical procession with 1,500 participants.
L’Échappée des Arts is a free, open-air art discovery trail linking works installed throughout the town of Saint-Junien.
