Market and Summer

The traditional market in La Souterraine takes place every Saturday morning from 08:00 to 13:00. It brings together around twenty local producers and several resellers offering seasonal food and other products.

La Souterraine’s Marchés de Producteurs de Pays consist of a series of nine festive summer markets with food areas and live music, including blues, rock and jazz concerts.

Leisure and Trails

The Centre Aquatique du Pays Sostranien is open to the public year-round and offers, among other things, aquabiking, aquafitness and swimming lessons for children and adults.

The Randoguide “Circuit No. 11 Bridiers Through the Ages” is one of the hiking routes in the Pays Sostranien.

The Fresque de Bridiers has taken place every summer for more than ten years as a major historical sound-and-light show.
