Lac du Causse is an artificial lake in the Couze Valley, at the foot of the villages of Lissac and Chasteaux.

Nature and trails
Two hikes associated with Lissac-sur-Couze are included in the departmental hiking and walking routes plan PDIPR. Descriptions and GPS track downloads are available for “Les Coteaux du lac du Causse” and “Les trois villages du Causse”.
Stage 9 of the GR®46 begins at Lac du Causse and follows a 7-kilometre route along the Couze Valley. There is also a 7-kilometre circular route at Lac du Causse, which can be used on foot or by bicycle.
Activities
At Port Lissac, the Club des Sports Nautiques de Brive offers rowing courses and sailing activities all year round. During the summer season, it also offers courses in rowing, sailing, canoeing and kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. At Port Lissac, the Club des Sports Nautiques de Brive rents out pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards and canoes.
Hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, triathlon and open-water swimming are possible on and around Lac du Causse. Base Sports Loisirs Causse rents mountain bikes and touring bikes, including models with electric assistance, for adults and children. Base Sports Loisirs Causse also offers 14 cycling routes starting at Lac du Causse.
Culture and history
The Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens has been listed as a historic monument since 15 March 1972. The Château de Lissac has been listed as a historic monument since 18 April 1997.
The Château de Lissac is a medieval castle that preserves authentic structural elements from the mid-15th century. Its main building is L-shaped, dates from the 15th century and has a fortified tower at the north-eastern corner.
The Grotte du moulin de Laguenay, à la Boissière, is a decorated cave with rock formations in the La Boissière district of Lissac-sur-Couze. It was listed as a historic monument by decree of 15 June 1994.
