The Voie Verte Passa Païs follows a former railway line for nearly 80 kilometres between Mazamet and Bédarieux. It can be used on foot, by bicycle or on horseback and passes through Mons-la-Trivalle in the town centre. The Gorges d'Héric are a classified natural site in the Massif du Caroux and are accessible via Mons-la-Trivalle.
