The Fort des Basses-Perches, also briefly called Fort Valmy, was built between 1874 and 1877. It is a Séré de Rivière-type fortification and an integral part of the Belfort fortress. The secured Fort des Basses-Perches has been open to the public since 2025.
The Church of Saint-Just in Danjoutin contains an altar, processional, or architectural canopy that was registered as a protected object on January 9, 2001.

Nature
The municipal forest of Danjoutin comprises the two forest areas of Bosmont and Grand Bois. Grand Bois Forest is home to numerous trees that are more than one hundred years old.
The Circuit du Bosmont passes through the La Brosse dry grassland, which is known for its orchids. The circular trail is a 6 km walking route where you can discover the historical and natural features of Bosmont Forest.
The Circuit des Perches begins at the intersection of Rue de la Varonne in Danjoutin and the cycle path between Belfort and Danjoutin. It offers views of Danjoutin, the Pays de Montbéliard and, in clear weather, the Jura Mountains. At the same time, the Circuit des Perches is a 4 km walking route for discovering the historical and natural features of the Les Perches hill.
The Circuit Forêts et Canal is a walking route of approximately 10 km that takes around three hours. Along the way, you can discover parts of the Grand Bois and Bosmont municipal forests, the canal from Montbéliard to Haute-Saône, and the landscapes near Danjoutin.
