The FrancoVéloSuisse, a 40 km-long greenway connecting Belfort, Delle and Porrentruy in Switzerland, runs through Andelnans. Between Danjoutin and Sevenans, this route passes through the municipality.

Routes and Events
The Ronde du Bosmont is an annual 10 km trail run organised by volunteers from Andelnans and Danjoutin. The event is open to everyone and takes place between Andelnans and Danjoutin every Easter Monday.
Nature at Bosmont
The meadows of Andelnans on the Bosmont cadastral plot are located in the north-east of the municipality, between the D23 and a newly built residential area. A total of 27 butterfly species were recorded at the site in 2019. The plant species great polycnemum (Polycnemum majus) is also found there; it is classified as endangered (EN) on the Red List of Franche-Comté.
Routes in Froideval
The Circuit du Grand Bois is 3 km long and takes about an hour on foot. In the Froideval sector of Andelnans, there is also the locally significant marked hiking trail Circuit du «Grand Bois». A BMX track has also been established in the valley of Andelnans' Froideval sector.
The Circuit Forêts et Canal leads from Leupe to Andelnans along a marked trail and crosses the municipality to the exit towards Danjoutin. It is a 10 km hike with a walking time of about three hours.
Culture and History
The cemetery chapel of Andelnans contains a tomb dating from 1866. The sandstone roof of the chapel has been restored.
