Local Production
In the hamlet of Terre Rosse in the municipality of Cagnano, on the banks of a river, lies the Moulin de SAVINA, also known as the “Biaggi” mill. The historic mill has been in operation since the end of the 19th century and has never ceased its activities. In its upper section, it continues to produce corn and chestnut flour, while its lower section serves as an oil mill.

Coast and Nature
