The Eglise Saint-Aignan de Poissons features a porch with a finely perforated stone balustrade. Its entrance is designed in the Flamboyant Gothic style and features a sculpted archivolt. In the apse, the stained-glass windows depict the life of Saint Aignan.
The Poissons mill generated electricity for the village in 1900. It is powered by a waterwheel fed by a diversion of the Rongeant. The Château de Poissons includes a former defensive tower and a dovecote. These historic landmarks are complemented by the Notre-Dame de Chatel statue, which is just under 3.6 metres high and weighs 1,600 kilograms.

Landscape and Circular Walk
The Col des Lacets de Mélaire between the municipalities of Poissons and Montreuil-sur-Thonnance offers a viewpoint over the valley and its famous hairpin bends. The pass also has a picnic area and a large car park that is suitable for motorhomes.
