Culture and History
In Ricey-Bas stands the Church of Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens, the only one of the three churches in Les Riceys that can be visited. Its interior contains two stained-glass windows from the 16th century and a gilded Flemish wooden altar dating from 1520. The Church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste was completed in 1563.
The first foundations of the Château de Ricey-Bas were laid in 1086 by Robert I, Seigneur of Les Riceys.
